Exchanges & RETURNS

1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging attached

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Limited-edition or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at legacylinksgolfco@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your item.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged product), Legacy Links will cover return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
